Return and warranty Policy

Please choose your products carefully, as Wide Bay Hydroponics reserves the right not to accept returns based on;

Either an incorrect choice, change of mind, decide not to like the goods or have no use for them.
New product returns may be accepted within 10 days of purchase date on receipt and at our discretion.
To return an item as new, items must be returned unopened in original packaging and all receipts must be provided.

Here at Wide Bay Hydroponics, we are entitled to ask for proof of purchase when goods are returned. We are not liable if;

Goods have become unfit for a particular purpose after leaving their control.

Wide Bay Hydroponics will honor all manufacturers warranties subject to the term and conditions of those manufacturers.

However warranty does not cover abuse, improper care, neglect, loss or damage from incorrect usage.

Warranty claims will be processed at our discretion as a refund, repair or replacement. If product needs to be returned to us for warranty purposes,

We will require the original receipt/invoice number, date of purchase, brief description of the fault (including photos where possible)
All warranty’s must be returned in original condition, with all original packaging, all accessories and paperwork (receipt/invoice number, date of purchase.)
Please note that all items must be packed properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received in a damaged condition, broken or modified due to inadequate packaging will void the warranty.
